Pardon that I say this, but it does not seem as if you are in business at all. We ordered something from your martial arts section of your website almost THREE weeks ago. THREE! We have gotten NO confirmation, NO tracking information, OR alerts. Also, we have persistently e-mailed and gotten NO response. Also, it would be helpful if you went about clearing out your voice mailbox on BOTH your toll free number and your normal telephone number. They're full and no one picks up, even DURING business hours.

GET IT TOGETHER, PEOPLE! YOU'RE LOSING CUSTOMERS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

People will think that you're just sitting by, taking people's credit card numbers, not sending them what they ordered and will threaten you with criminal prosecution! LET'S WAKE UP, PEOPLE!
