I am trying to obtain the status of my order placed May 31, 2007, for Size 7 Men's Shaolin Wushu sneakers. I have left two phone messages and sent three emails, with absolutely no response. It is now June 14, and I would like to know when I will receive my sneakers. I need them now for my outside practice . I am tempted to order elsewhere in the future for these sneakers as I feel that the lack of response and prompt customer service is frustrating and inconvenient.
