What the hell is going on with this outfit ? Order placed over 6 weeks ago my Visa was charged and no reponse to coutless e-mails and phone calls.
These people do not know how to run a business ! Visa and NJ Attorney General have been contacted and will take appropriate action.

I Have Ordered Something from Here and have called with no responce nothing to leave a message nothing has been removed from my credit card i would very much like to know what is going on PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP I am starting to REALLY wonder what is going on.

I ordered something from your company July 27th and it's now been around 20 days since then. No tracking information, no confirmation, no order itself, your voiceboxes on BOTH phone lines STILL full. Are you truly in business?

Pardon that I say this, but it does not seem as if you are in business at all. We ordered something from your martial arts section of your website almost THREE weeks ago. THREE! We have gotten NO confirmation, NO tracking information, OR alerts. Also, we have persistently e-mailed and gotten NO response. Also, it would be helpful if you went about clearing out your voice mailbox on BOTH your toll free number and your normal telephone number. They're full and no one picks up, even DURING business hours.

GET IT TOGETHER, PEOPLE! YOU'RE LOSING CUSTOMERS FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

People will think that you're just sitting by, taking people's credit card numbers, not sending them what they ordered and will threaten you with criminal prosecution! LET'S WAKE UP, PEOPLE!
