Born: 1844, Coldwater, Mich. Date of issue: 31 July 1896. Citation: Instead of retreating or surrendering when the works were captured, regardless of his personal safety continued to return the enemys fire until he was captured." Co. K soldier, Antoine Scott fought side by side with Sidney Haight and Charles Thatcher. He was also cited for the same kind of bravery. He died 10 December 1878.
