The Mary Whitney Phelps Tent No. 22, Daughters of Union Veterans, will be dedicating a new Civil War marker for Ft. Sand Springs in Webster County on Saturday, April 24th at 1:30 p.m. Mark your calendars to attend. More information will be forthcoming.
