Submitted on behalf of Karen Ament:
NO ages of things like roof...we had it before Driveway... paved or unpaved, how about concrete or blacktop, brick etc like before
Another thing that needs to be on all sheets is DOM! The only ones that show it are the ones with the listing agents name. I don't want to print things with the other name on it, but that is the number one question of all buyers anymore.

Days on Market should be able to be seen on the Buyer Synopsis Report.
The Age of the Roof should be able to be seen on both the Agent and Buyer Synopsis Reports.
There should be an ability to identify if the Master Bedroom has its own Bathroom.
The picture of the property on the Agent Synopsis Report is too small.

#1.Another issue is that agents are counting baths in the basement. Since when is that allowable. I thought only the the baths on the upper levels were to be counted and in the general remarks the baths in the basement were to be acknowledged. #2. PHOTO's why were they eliminated. Again if you are doing a CMA for a seller how can you present one without showing the seller what their competition looks like. We need this to be mandatory and it needs to be a front view of the property not an interior photo, who wants to show their sellers or buyers a MLS sheet with an interior photo that isn't going to give them any idea of what the property looks like from the exterior. I know my buyers and sellers don't like it one bit.

We need the agents to fill out the proper information on the MLS sheets, such as sq. ft. Why are they leaving them blank. How can you give your sellers a good CMA if you can not provided them with accurate informaton. Edited 12-09-2009 03:35 PM

Tax record searches has changed, no longer able to search by land use codes that match up to the county records.

1. Who decided to implement the new audit process and why were our CRIS directors unaware of it? Both the agent and the broker need to be notified of an audit. 2. Since the last update of the system, there are no secondary phone numbers being displayed on a buyer synopsis and no company phone number is being displayed on an agent synopsis. 3. When doing a CMA, even though you input that you want a 1 story or 2 story the system brings everything up, not just what you want. 4. Who was reponsible for the required fields? All the required fields seem to be geared more toward NORMLS than the fields we had in CRIS and a number of important ones that we had were removed. Some of them now are ridiculous. 5. Email support never works and the system is much slower than it used to be. 6. An exterior photo should be mandatory, who changed it? 7. Since the last update, a number of reports are no longer working. 8. Why is total number of rooms no longer required? 9. Stories is not a required field, but style is. You have an option for a ranch, bi-level, split, cape cod, even modular, but no 2 story choice. Not all are colonial or conventional. 10. Status change form was changed and there is no place for withdrawn without release. Edited 10-27-2009 01:16 PM

Many reports still only include 2 properties per page with room for a 3rd property/wasted paper.
Page loads are too slow.

1. We should include "master bath", "age of roof", and "age of furnace" on our listing forms. As far as drive-way, I don't mind "paved or not paved", and I LOVE not having to specify type of window treatment. 2. We still have listings that show 1/2 yr taxes instead of whole yr. taxes. 3. When we fill in the parcel # on the listing form, its supposed to "auto fill" but it doesn't fill in any info. 4. We should consolidate the number of forms we have to choose from. DOM should be on the ones we keep. 5. I like being able to tell my sellers how many "hits" I've had on their listings, but what good is it without knowing who hit, and why they didn't call to set an appt? You can have 39 hits in one week and no calls to show. It would be nice to know why. There should be some place to write comments, like....nice looking home, but the wallpaper sucks! lol 6. I love getting notified via email when someone shows my listings, but no one seems to utilize the showing report feature. Too bad we can't just click on the listing (or the showing activity report, however you set it up), and give our comments. We could make it accessible to the listing agents AND their sellers, thus enabling the sellers to get the showing reports first hand. (Other areas do this) Are all agents notified when someone is showing their listings even though their names aren't assigned to the key box? I never gave it a thought until a friend from another company said she never gets notified because she doesn't own her lock boxes. 8. I'd like to have "regular and irregular lot size" removed from being a mandatory input. It's not always on the pub rec. 9. Can we spell check our "remarks" on the listing form? 10. Outside picture of home/bus., should be a mandatory input.
