I was having trouble with my laptop and stopped by to get an opinion as to the problem. Ed promptly tried to analyze the problem and directed me to go back to the company to see if they would honor their prior warranty work. If that doesn't work I will be contacting Ed for repair or replacement.

We were referred to Ed when we thought we had a virus transferred from an SD Card and a problem with a game that we had pruchased and downloaded. No virus was found, but a complete tune-up was done. He explained what he was going to do and the estimated cost. When the work was comleted, he took the time to explain what work he had done, and answered our "how to" list of questions that we had. Thank you for being so informative and patient with us.

This is the second time that Ed has saved the day plus quite a bit of money for us. I have recommended him to everyone who tells me they have a computer problem.
He is honest & efficient & takes the time to explain what he's done, what to expect from his repairs ..
When the time comes to replace our current PC, I will have him build it for us.
We've been burnt with Best Buy & never plan to leave Integrity.
Ed is the poster child for Integrity.

Before doing a costly replacement of your computer, talk with Ed and see if he can't help! I have a 2006 HP that Ed has saved twice, which of course means he's saved me too, from a costly purchase. Not only did Ed save my computer again, he put programs in that have really helped a lot with my work on line.

Best yet, Ed explains everything about what he's done and how to use what he's put on...really important for someone like me...and more important, he seems to be always available for additional help when I've forgotten how something works.

I highly recommend Ed to anyone who has a problem with their computer. Thank you Ed!!!

We recently experienced virus problems on a basic Dell desktop. After investigation with Geek Squad, etc. we found Integrity, PC through a mutual friend. The service & education level from Ed was first rate. Also for the record his pricing was much better than any other service groups we investigated. Anyone with a computer problem should give Ed a call.

Attention all computer owners!!

There is a scam where you receive a phone call “Mr. XX I am from Micro.System. Repair. We are support for Windows Platforms. We have received numerous errors from your computer and we are calling to help you fix these errors.”

They will ask you to let them get access to your computer via the internet. If you let them they show you numerous errors on your PC then ask for your credit card information to remove the errors.

Now who do trust!!

If you have been a customer of Integrity.PC.Computers I hope it’s me. If you have not been one of my customers please go to my web page www.Integrity-PC-Computers and check out my customer Testimonials page.

If your computer is not performing like it should please bring it in or if you prefer I will come to you.

Please do not fall for this scam.

I had the opportunity to experience why Ed has so many great comments on this page for the first time during this past summer (I've been meaning to post this message for awhile). He knows the meaning of service and the name of his business is not a marketing tactic, its a statement of fact. Ed is honest, straight forward and offers fair prices. He proves that integrity can still successfully be a part of how one conducts business and last (but not least) HE KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING!!! If you have a computer issue, Ed is your best bet. Thanks Ed ....and Bear, for
everything.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Ed. I have several computers for my business and Ed is the first person I go to when I have a problem. His prices are reasonable and he gets the computer diagnosed and fixed quickly.

Sorry for the "Long Testimonial". If you don't feel like reading it all I will summarize it for you TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO ED YOU WONT REGRET IT now the long version..........

Was trying to be proactive by cleaning out the inside of my computer. Bought a can of Duster and opened the computer up dirt was built up on the processor fan so I thought I would take the fan out and clean it up (Not A Good Move) Next thing I know I am holding the fan, heat sink and processor in my hand. Not a problem the processes has a lot of little pins on it looked like it just plugged into the board. Tried it twice bent a few pins.

Took PC to the big box computer store. They said it would be $115 to look at it to diagnose the problem, that was a no brainier processor needed to be put on board and I am not even a computer tech. Then $85 an hour to fix the problem, he estimated under 4 hours to fix problem. The they would have to "Test" them system after the fix another $85 dollars. And the best part it would only take 4-5 business days. I could buy a new computer for cheaper. I run an online business from my home and needed my computer. Now what do I do pay over $500 and wait a week and loose sales or buy a new PC and reload everything on it and start from scratch.

Then I remembered seeing a sign for a computer shop next to my Old Liquor Store. Stopped by the store and it was Sunday and they were closed. I wrote down their number and gave them a call hoping to leave a message to have someone call me in the morning. To my surprise a person answered the phone after hours. I explained what I did and was reassured it was not a problem and could be fixed. Ed explained his pricing structure (Much lower then big box store) and I made arrangements to drop it off Monday morning.

I dropped off the computer at 11:30am and Ed called within a short time said he had the processor in and the PC running, he had cleaned it up and wanted to check it out and make sure it is running to full potential and would call me back with recommendations. Ah Ha that's the scam I think he gets me in with a low hourly rate then runs diagnostic and tells me a hundred things wrong with pc and will start listing the $85 for this and $85 for this. BOY WAS I WRONG. Ed called me back in about an hour and said he ran some test and clean up some things and made a suggestion to add memory. Wow a suggestion not a you need it now or else sales approach. I told him I would like to add memory in the future after figuring out my finances and he said no problem just call him when I am ready and he would order the memory and make an appointment to put it in. By 5pm I had the computer home and hooking it back up (5 hours compared to 5 days at the big box store). Did I mention when I got the computer back it looked brand new. Ed totally cleaned it inside and out, We have two smokers and three Great Danes in the house you could only imagine what that little fan had sucked into the computer in the last two years.

Thank you Ed, will be back soon to get the memory upgrade.
