PARK & RIDE DISPATCHER

    * Hours per week: 35-40
    * Job Statement: To manage all Park & Ride related operational needs and services for a specific Park & Ride lot.
    * Major Duties:

          o Management of assigned location. Duties include but are not limited to the following, supervising security staff, placement of cones and barricades to reserve spaces for both patron vehicles and buses.
          o Act as the Bowl liaison to bus operators at your Park & Ride location.
          o Maintain ridership information for each departure.
          o Interact with bus operators, making sure that all have been properly briefed about pertinent information regardi ng return trip, etc.
          o Remain at assigned location for return trips from the Bowl.

    * Requirements:

          o Knowledge of greater Los Angeles area
          o Knowledge of Bowl layout, including parking lots
          o Knowledge of ticket purchasing system

THEATER ATTENDANT (USHER)

    * Job Statement: Welcome, seat and assist patrons.
    * Major Duties: Seat Patrons. Answer questions. Check tickets. Control area. Take tickets. Monitor speed ramps. Clear aisles before show. Collect cushions. Assist with buses. General duties as assigned. All employees are required to assist other departments when necessary and as directed by their supervisor.. Employees are expected to respond to a wide range of customer service issues with sensitivity and care.
    * Requirements: Layout of theater and grounds. Event times and program information. Must know and abide by Rules of Conduct. Ticket information.

PARKING ATTENDANT

    * Job Statement: Control and maintain vehicle access to Bowl parking facilities.
    * Major Duties: Prepare site for opening. Recognize and process parking passes at entrance to Bowl lots. Direct vehicles to appropriate area. Greet guests. Assist in closing the parking area. All employees are required to assist other departments when necessary and as directed by their supervisor. Tasks may include helping recover cushions at the end of shows, helping with trash and assisting in the bus island. Employees are expected to respond to a wide range of customer service issues with sensitivity and care.
    * Requirements: Parking policies and procedures. Parking pass identification. Layout of theater and grounds. Event times and program information. Must know and abide by Rules of Conduct.

FACILITY SERVICE ATTENDANT

    * Hours Worked Weekly: 35-40
    * Job Statement: Assist in the preparation s of the theater prior to opening as well as during and after all Hollywood Bowl performances.
    * Major Duties: Help prepare site for opening. Collect recycled products and trash before, during and after performances. Prepare box seats, set up tables and easels on grounds prior to venue opening. Sweep entire grounds. Place tables and distribute merchandise for program/novelty sales and general duties as assigned.
    * Requirements: Knowledge of cushion rental policies and procedures, Hollywood Bowl recycling policies, the layout of the Hollywood Bowl grounds, event times and program information and general seating inside the Hollywood Bowl theater.

PATRON ACCESS ASSISTANCE SERVICE (P.A.A.S.)

    * Job Statement: To assist patrons with special needs by providing transportation assistance to and from theater entrances.
    * Major Duties: Provides transportation assistance to theater entrances by use of shuttle tram, personal escorts and wheelchair pushes. Staff will provide roundtrip service from Park & Ride loading areas, parking lots or designated vehicle drop-off areas. All employees are required to assist other departments when necessary and as directed by their supervisor. Employees are expected to respond to a wide range of customer service issues with sensitivity and care.
    * Requirements: A valid drivers license and clean driving history. Knowledge of theater layout, event times, program and ticket information. Professional work ethic and appearance. Must know and abide by rules of conduct and theater policy.
