Him I 15 and have a problem Im 15 as you might know, and im over weight. Im now 208. I know that part of it is that I gained some muscle. I was on my High School swim team from August to December. I swam about 20 miles a day. I had o cut out any type of fake energy out of my diet for swim. Such as soda's or anything with high frutose and cirn syruo in it. Now that swim season is over and I have gone threw my 3rd suit. I am unable to continue swimming because the high prices if suits. THey can be from $48(low) to $349. I cant ask my parents to spend that money with our income problems right now. Before swim I was 180 lb but gaibed muscle. I now have gone to 208. I have been running conditioning work, and my mom is getting "core rythums"(spellign?). Every girl in my family is skinny. I was like that until I wss raped when I was 13 by a neighborhood boy. As you could tell I became every depressed and started eating and not running around nymore. SO that explains my batlle to get a lower weight of @ least 150lb by May. Or if possible March for this ball I have to go to. SO please give me some advice.
