My diet is going great. Still have a few cravings which are easily controlled with the emotional reprogramming. (We will be glad to teach it to you.)
Here is the part most everyone wants to know. What are you eating? Monday (day 4) Breakfast: Total Meal Shake with 1/2cup strawberries, nu stevia 200cal Snack: Apple 65cal Lunch: Chicken Salad - chicken, spinach, tomatoe, cucumber dressing 210cal Snack: Strawberries 1 cup with nu stevia 80cal Dinner: Fish 3oz, asparagus 150cal Snack: Turkey (Boars Head) 2oz 60cal DAYS TOTAL CALORIES: 765 Tuesday (day 5) Breakfast: Egg Whites omelet 1cup,spinach,low-fat cheese,mushrooms 110cal Snack: Apple 65cal Lunch: Homemade vegetable soup 70cal Snack: Total Meal with 1/2 cup strawberries 200cal Dinner: Fish 3oz, green beans 135cal Snack: boiled egg 76cal DAYS TOTAL CALORIES: 656 I also exercise for 30 minutes each day . My only drink is water.
Every couple of days I will post progress. We can do this!

This is my 3rd day of HCG. I have eaten to capacity and will continue to do so today. Tomorrow the 800 calorie diet starts. i'm looking forward to it. I had to make myself eat yeasterday and this morning. I'm just not hungry with the HCG.

Well today is my first day on a 40 day HCG program. I hope you will visit often and see what I'm doing on the plan.
For the past 6+ months I have purposely been packing on the pounds in order to take them off with the New You Plan for the New You Plan book to be out by the end of the year. I'm at the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I know what the guy that did the supersize movie and ate at McDonalds for 30 days felt like. I feel sluggish, very heavy and for the first time have cravings for carbohydrates. I had bloodwork done and it shows what the typical American diet can do - My HDL was too low, blood glucose was slightly elevated and CRP (c reactive protein, a measurement of inflammation in the blood vessels) was very elevated. Compared to most I didn't even eat that badly.
Now for day 1 (Not counting calories while doing the 3 day load) 8:00 Injection of HCG Breakfast: Sausage on whole wheat bread with cheese. Water Mid-Morning: Peach Lunch: Grilled chicken sandwich from Chick-Fil-A with tomato, mayo and mustard. Water Mid-afternoon: Total Meal shake with strawberries and Nu Stevia Dinner: Steak, salad, bread, potatoe. Water Evening Snack: Apple
In the morning I walked for 30 minutes.
If not everyday, I will post every few days to update my progress.

I just wanted to let you guys know I LOVE this plan. I am doing the New You and Lipo B and my husband is doing the HCG. Dr. Saylor was so helpful and understanding and assured me I could do this. I went to another weight loss clinic close by and was very disappointed. Did not take time to answer my questions and I really dont think they knew the answers to what I asked. Rushed me out the door! Enough of that! I have been doing this for 3 weeks and my husband for 2 weeks. I have lost 10 pounds and he has lost 11 pounds. We both Feel GREAT! I have not been hungry not once. Dr Saylor worked with me on several other things I have related to my diet. I feel so much better now. His office staff was so nice. I love this program and I know I am going to do it once and for all. I am so excited I am telling everybody! Plus I am not taking any of those pills that raised my blood pressure and made me feel funny in my chest. Dr Saylor has the best weight loss program I have done. You can do it too!

I have tried multiple diet plans and diet pills. I would start losing and then get bored with the plans and fall off the band wagon. It was a vicous cycle and I was stuck. The LCG vaccine combined with the New You Plan is fantastic. I feel great,energized, not hungry and already lost 19 pounds in 3 weeks. My inches are decreasing as well. I can't believe something is finally working. It is healthy and safe. The team is supportive.
