Down another 2 pounds for the week for a total of 19 pounds in 35 days! I am continuing to lose inches as well, in small increments -- however, since I get weighed/measured/shot on a weekly basis, everything adds up quick!! I've also dropped a full size in clothing, both tops and pants. My goal was to lose 50 pounds by the end of the year and I think I am going to make it (I started August 18).

I LOVE THIS PLAN. It's easy for me to follow, I have no problem whatsoever finding things to eat at home or eating out and best of all, I feel great. It would be great to hear from other Lipo-B patients!

I'm on day 28 and am down 17 pounds! I just can't believe how this plan has changed my life... I truly am a new me! I feel great, no cravings and I actually have energy -- this is new to me. This is a far cry from what I was 4 weeks ago. I was sluggish, I would be munching on snacks all day at work and til 9PM every night and would oversleep almost every morning. Now I bounce out of bed and walk each morning before getting ready for work. Just removing the sugar and unhealthy things from my system has worked wonders for my skin, hair and nails... and my waistline! I am looking forward to another 4 weeks of the plan!

No secrets here either... their pricing in right on their website. www. saylormedical.com for both the HCG and Lipo-B. The pricing for the optional supplements, appetite suppresants, protein medical foods (shakes and bars) is also on the website. You can also email them with specific questions. I am doing the Lipo-B program, which is costing me a mere $25 per week for a weigh-in, shot & quick overview with Betsy. I've also seen Dr. Saylor during one of my weekly visits as I had some questions. Anyway, this $25 I spend each week is less than I was spending on starbucks lattes during a 5-day work week! And the program works.. I not only eat better, it's now my lifetime way of good, clean eating.

no secret here... they gave me pricing over the phone, depends on what program you want HCG or Lipo-B... call the office and speak to Betsy :) They are very reasonable and have a genuine and sincere approach to helping you lose the weight and keep it off.

Elaine,

Thanks for sharing your update... I just started the Lipo-B program on Monday and am looking forward to seeing and feeling results. I hope that you will continue to post your progress as it is very motivating for myself and others to read about the success other patients are experiencing. I hope to have my own update to share in a month... until then best wishes and keep it up, you are doing great!

I've been seeing Dr. Saylor since 08/18 and have been on the Lipo-B program for just over 3 weeks. I've lost 14 pounds and 5" from my waist! While my body and mind had to adjust the first 2-3 days, by day 4, I was well on my way to better health.

The food list that is provided is quite varied and easy to adapt to eating out and traveling. My main focus has been to keep track of exactly what I am eating (I use my-calorie-counter.com but there are several other websites such as fitday.com that do the same thing). It really helps me to see what I am eating and the calories, fat, carbs, sodium & protein that I take in each day. It's a good way to keep track of your water consumption as well.

You can purchase protein shake powder & bars at the office, which are quite good. I've only had the chocolate fudge, which are great. They are also very easy to break in 1/2 to save for later.

I try to stay around 1000 calories a day, which is not at all difficult. You have to eat every 3 hours during the day, and each meal needs a little protein. My basic meal plan (which varies day to day) is as follows:

6:00 AM decaf iced coffee (black) + liquid stevia or splenda
          1 protein bar or fruit

9:00 AM 1 portion of string cheese (lowfat)

12:00 PM salad consisting of 2 cups lettuce/cabbage/raw veggies
4-5 oz of protein (chicken or turkey or tuna)
low fat dressing or balsamic or red wine vinegar

3:00 PM 1/2 protein bar or piece of fruit

7:00 PM 4 oz of protein (usually steamed fish or baked chicken)
          1 cup of vegetables (steamed)
small salad with lettuce and tomatoes and cucumbers
          dressing

10:00 PM cup of decaf or herbal tea

Exercise -- I am walking for 30 minutes a day. If I can't find the time to do this, I go out and the patio and jump rope for about 15 minutes. Most days, I walk during my lunch hour, which gives me an extra 30 minutes to my daily morning walk.

The office staff is WONDERFUL. My second week weigh in did not net any pounds lost, but I lost inches. While this was discouraging, a quick pep talk by Betsy (nurse who administers the shots) made me realize that this plan is truly a lifetime committment of eating better and that it's all about FAT loss.

If anyone needs more information or advice, please don't hesitate to email me at escanlon@gmail.com

I continue to lose weight. My energy is great and I have no cravings.

I have had patients doing lipo-b ask why I didn't do that plan. Well after the 23rd day of HCG (a short plan) I'm going to switch to Lipo-B.

Our Lipo-B is 2 to 3 times the strength of other Lipo-B plans in the area and should give me almost the same results as the HCG.
