1. Do we need DOT recognition to be an outbound tour operator?

2. Is it mandatory? How to get outbound tour operator recognition?

3. Can we register with DOT as Outbound tour operator to arrange international tour packages? I did not find outbound tour operator registration with DOT then who will recognize?

4. Do we need IATA approval to get recognition from DOT as Travel Agent or Outbound tour operator? Is it mandatory?

5. Can we provide international tour packages as approved travel agent?

6. Do we need any specific recognition or approvals from any organization in India or Abroad? Could you explain difference between Travel Agent and Outbound tour operator?
