The Hanover Crow Rivers Lions are sponsoring a Golf Tournament on June 20 at the Fox Hollow Golf Club in St. Michael. It will be a 9 hole, shotgun start at noon. There will be a lunch at the Hanover City Park afterwards. Entry fees will be $200 per foursome with check-in at the course starting at 11:00. We would prefer that the foursomes be mixed but it is not a requirement. Please contact Lion Dave Schopper at daschopper@charter.net to reserve a place.

On Oct. 11th the new Blaine Central Lions Club will be holding their Charter Night Ceremony. This will be a 1st class celebration of their new club. They MUST have responses as soon as possible. It is rare we have the opportunity to celebrate the beginning of a new club in Lions and it is the opportunity for a great night of Lionism. ID Debra Wasserman is the main speaker and a silent auction is scheduled along with an excellent meal. The price is only $28 per person and I am sure we will all get our moneys worth. You can contact Guiding Lion Wayne Johnson at 763-757-4831
to make your reservation. Please do so immediately so the club can finalize plans for their special night.
