Thank you for the heads up on the Board minutes. I am away tonight, but as soon as I get back to Rugby, I will correct the problem. Always happy to be informed of things that need to be attended to.

im from the ice hawks bantam team and we had a game yesterday in Virden canada we loss 8-0

Hello Ice Hawk Fans,
   Oh how I miss the "AL" and calling Ice Hawk games. Let me make a long story as short as possible. I'm back into broadcasting sports via the North Dakota Internet Sports Network (NDISN), www.ndisn.com I want to include the Ice Hawks in our "pre-season" schedule. It could be single games or tournaments being played there at the "AL". Contact me at sports@ndisn.com or 701-201-0672. Anyhow, NDISN launches full time broadcasting in late August 2010 and I'd love to have a seat at the "AL".
   I hope everyone in RAHA is doing well and ready for some hockey.

Not sure how many people read this in the middle of summer but I have already been thinking ahead to the alumni tourney this year. Last year's turnout was pretty poor, especially on Sunday so I hope this year we can step it up. Anyone who is interested or knows people who are interested spread the word along that we need as many people as possible. Kal Triplett, Jeremy Ness, and myself are going to try to work together this year to take some of the responsibility off of Kal. We are tentatively planning to have it the weekend of Christmas again this year but Christmas Day falls on that Friday. Any feedback on the subject would be great. Hey Filter...thanks for posting that...I didn't mean to omit anyone! Didn't know they were in a tourney - until later. They don't have state tourney.....But definitely want to wish them a big congrats!! Go ICE HAWKS GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Proud of the Rugby Ice Hawks Teams!!!!!!!!!

Great representation by the Ice Hawks over the weekend. PeeWees won 1st place at the B1 Tourney in Mandan & the Jr. Gold won 3rd place at their state tourney in Moorhead. CONGRATULATIONS! Good luck to the Bantams as they travel next weekend to their A2 tourney!! GO ICE HAWKS GO!!!!!!!!!!

As a former resident of Rugby and hockey player/coach want to wish all of the Rugby Ice Hawks the very best of luck at the upcoming state tournaments. I will be cheering you on from Massachusetts.

I would also like to say the same. Thanks for those that zammed, ran clock, ran concessions, sharpened skates and anything else that helped the weekend run smoothly. It was a blast again!! I know next year is a ways away but Xmas falls on a Friday, so I would like to hear back some feeback as to when would be best for everyone to make it back. Let me know as the months go along so we can plan accordingly. Next year the initial plan is to have brand new teams and new jerseys so i would like to get an earlier start. Thanks again for all you who came back!!
