1.) Participants must arrive at event location no later than 12:00pm and no earlier than 11:00am.
2.) Upon arrival participant must to sign in.
3.) All participants must sign waiver forms. Any participant who does not sign a wavier form will not be allowed to perform at event.
4.) Participants are responsible for their supplies and equipments
5.) For safety reasons, sharp weapons are not permitted in any performance during the event.
6.) Participants are responsible for their schoolsĄŻ conduct and behavior
7.) The Event Organizers are not responsible for any items lost/broken or stolen at the event.
