In these challenging times it is more important than ever to maintain a balanced mind and body through the practice of TAI CHI.

Come join us for an afternoon of Tai Chi competition. There will be Competition events in Push Hands, Open Hand Forms, Weapon Forms, solo musical form, group musical form and creative tai chi performance in which elements of theater are encouraged. Categories will be divided as beginner, intermediate, advanced, children, adults and senior.
