Hotpoint good to see you back how,s things, I seen the Villain a few months ago unfortunately at an Argyll funeral and had a wee blether wi him, also Norma was there and I hadn,t seen her since they had a house in Catterick in Menin(Mingin)Rd so it was good to catch up, remember when I was getting demobbed went down to see them with a cairry oot and had a bottle of champers wi me when I opened it the cork shot into the ceiling and made a hole in it the Villain was greetin we,ll get billed for that I said shutup and get us a glass Ha Ha! oh happy days.

No i live in Arbroath been married for 34 years did 14 years in the T.A after the Argylls just had a triple heart by pass. I still keep in touch with Big Hartnet if you want a chat fone tommorow after 12ish on 01241870251 it.s been nearly 40 years since we were in XMG jeese it feels like yesterday. gie me a call. Gudge

Yes Shug was on the phone about his dad I knew from phoning Shug that he had been ill for some time, and as Shug said he just got on with life with no complaints he,ll be sadly missed.

I am posting on behalf of Hugh Muir/Henderson to let anyone who knows him that his dad passed away on 19th November 2009.
Hugh asked me to post this as his dad knew a lot of his friends in the argylls he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends

thanks to all guys for the postings its great to be in touch with all the old sweats again i remember all of you, i am doing great working for falkirk council as a security patrol officer nice cushy job like big jim lynch's ha ha ha hope everyone is doing good and in good health. i had a turn last year they think possable angina, but seem fine now, so no need for the glengarys and demob suits
