Been using Vista heavily (working as a developer) for around 6 month. Unfortunately the more I use it the less I like it, which I don't think is a good sign for an operating system.

The two things that are an improvement over XP (for me) is there's this thing in the start menu where you can type the name of the program you are looking for, and the file search isn't totally borked by default.

Apart from that it either the same or worse as XP as far as I'm concerned. (I dont' play games on it, so I can't comment regarding that)
