Turbo night at next club night, 5th October.
Please remember to bring, turbo, front wheel riser, bike, towel, fan, drink.
This will be an introductory session of approx one hour starting just after 8pm, incorporating a number of different length 'efforts' to see how the turbo can be used in a structured way towards different objectives. It will be fun, honest..

By the way, many many thanks for putting on the 40km ttt recently. We may have come in last but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and after all that's what it's all about. Since there wasn't enough lanterne rouge prize money to fund new tt bikes for our team we put it in the Air Ambulance pot :)
