I’m happy to hear you will be attending Dad Vail’s this week. As you know with out parental support “Under the Tent” the crew members have to find and pay for their own meals at these events. The Parents Association is always looking for other parent like you that are willing to help with their time or donations to help feed their children at regattas. I’m looking forward to see and working with both of you this week working "Under the Tent".

We are looking forward to seeing you this weekend at Dad Vails. We will be staying at the Marriott Courtyard Downtown (as I believe you are) and should get there Thursday afternoon. Please let me know what you need us to

I want to thank all the parents that help “Under the Tent” preparing and serving meals for the UNC Crew. With parental help like we had this weekend we can continue our program for years to come. We have Dad Vail’s coming up on May 8 & 9 and any parents that are planning to attend this event we need your help “Under the Tent”. Please use this form to offer you time and support. Thanks again to all parents that pinched in this week at Oak Ridge it was a great “Parents Crew” we had on hand. I know we all had great time in spite of Sunday’s weather. I hoping to see you all at another event in the future.

I am putting together the end of the year banquet video/slideshow for our May 2nd End of the Year Banquet and I NEED YOUR PHOTOS! Please send any photos from all races this spring or fall to crchrist@email.unc.edu, or if you would like to send them on a CD, shoot me an e-mail and I'll give you an address to mail them to ASAP.

I will also put a few pictures from each race on the online photo gallery at the end of the season. We keep a team hard drive that will hold ALL the pictures you send as a part of the crew's history.

Thanks for all of your support this season, as always. I look forward to seeing you all at the end of the year banquet!

I will be driving over on Saturday morning and should be there by 9-10 am. Is there anything I need to pick up? If not, I can certainly get any supplies needed on Saturday for the Sunday races.

Help with lunch & dinner on Saturday is needed feel free to jump in and join us.
We also will need 8 bags of ice for Saturday, if you can both pick up 4 bags and bring them to the tent when you arrive that would be great. The ice is not needed for breakfast so no need to be at the tent a 6AM unless you want to. Our frist boat races at 8:40 AM. My cell phone number is 919-414-5197 & Lisa’s is 919-302-0534.

Hi...I am going to be arriving Friday at 10:00 AM...so if there is anything I can do on Friday PLEASE let me know. I have a car and I have the time. I will be around all day Saturday and am more than willing to cook/clean up whatever. I will also be around Sunday...

We are always looking for help “Under the Tent” to keep the Crew fed.
This weekend we will be preparing Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on Saturday.
On Sunday it we will be preparing Breakfast & Lunch. Saturday we will start cooking at 6:00 AM. If any parents would like to provide treats please feelfree to do so. Remember our head count is 45 Crew Members and Coaches.

We are looking forward to seeing you next weekend at SIRAs and wondered what the game plan is. Our flight gets in early afternoon on Friday so we will be available for shopping and set up. I know this regatta requires a great deal of planning and we appreciate all your efforts. Just let us know what you need!
