Parents weekend is coming up and don't know about lodging. Do you have a list of hotels in the area that might not be all booked that weekend. Are there discounts for family?

Thank you!

My child is living at home, and I want to be involved with his college life. Any advice on being supportive but not overstepping boundaries?

I am interested in the Parents Association, but I really don’t know if it would be worth it. Can somebody tell me a little more about it other than what I can read online? Is it beneficial?

I just tried to become a member but when you click submit an error message comes up. You may want to check it. I will try again later.

I have been trying since August to get help accessing the Eagle online site to view my daughter's financial records and grades. I've emailed the parent help site twice and the IT support once and received no replies. I can access last Spring's data but not this Fall's. Can anyone help offer any suggestions on how to get help with this issue?

I'm not sure how I got this email, but I hope I can help. The first thing you have to have to get into Eagle online is your childs T number. This is their identification number from TTU. Then you will need the pin number. When you have this you will be able to access your childs account. You will need to get this from your child. TTU will not give this to you because they feel it is privileged to the child (even though you may be paying for the education) At that point your child will then need to set you up as an authorized user which is under the "student" area.
It is the last line titled "enter/view direct deposit/view monthly statement.
The catch is, if you daughter does not want you to have this, she does not have to give it to you.
Hopefully this will help.
