Putting annual leave into your TSP

There is talk about allowing Fed. employees to bump up their TSP by putting all or part of their annual leave into it. Some are suggesting this be done at retirement, others say at the end of each year. Something to think about if you've built up a lot of annual leave.

Interestingly, this kind of dovetails with the sick leave provision that just got passed in Congress. It looks like we'll have more options to choose from, so stay abreast.
