I love your portable version. I hate your downloading service. 18Kbs?!?! confusing link. Wait 30 seconds??!
I suggest ANYTHING other than bigupload.

A.N.Mouse:
I can't disagree that Bigupload is far from perfect, but quite a few services have been tried and they are all rather wanting. Do you have a reliable recommendation yourself?

File sharing now from HyperFileShare at http://hyperfileshare.com/ which seems reliable and with a relatively straightforward interface.

Just accidentdentally (me no spell too good) changed from Santana to Tom Waits while I was reading your site....but I'm not changing back.

You Rock.

This is possibly one of the best, succincnt and detailed analysis of multiple eeepc os's currently available from the wicked linux developers that I have found on the net - with a cool pic too!

Love the Crunchy lizard.

So Thanks to You & GNU

Sorry you have left K-meleon. Just moved to Linux (Debian LXDE) and would like to be able to use it there. It just is the faster browser on the planet. Wondering why there is not a Linux distro for it (one that does not use wine).

Thanks.

@Pierre,

Thanks for your comments. I'm using Arch Linux with Openbox these days myself, and am mostly browsing with Firefox as it's cross-platform (I have to use Windows XP at work). If you check the K-Meleon forums you'll find that there was a K-Meleon variant which worked pretty well via Wine. Unfortunately, K-Meleon was always a Windows-only project, and I'm afraid browser speed-freaks running Linux will have to look beyond Firefox to Opera, Midori (see http://software.twotoasts.de/index.php?/pages/midori_summary.html) or even Chromium when it appears ...
