I've set this discussion board up so you can leave comments about the future of ProfitCenter Software and Escalate/Retail, now that John Marrah has left Escalate to become head of PCS.

Brian Johnson, who is the Product Manager for the Ecometry solution at Escalate Retail, tells me he has been in charge of that solution for over six months, and remains at the helm. He also works closely with the installed base, so for the foreseeable future, the departure of John Marrah from Escalate should have no discernible effect.
