i have chosen to do the nervous system because i find the concept of proprioception and reactions to touch very interesting.

Hannah, please be sure you make your topic an actual application to health and well-being. A condition or situation in which proprioception is important--perhaps its relation to athletic abilities or what happens with loss of proprioception...let me know if you need help with ideas.
