I think season 5 will bring a new light to nip/tuck. We all saw the season 4 ending where both sean and christian were posing infront of the huge HOLLYWOOD sign where they will start over in Beverly Hills. I just wonder who will be the new villian in this season or will there be one? We all know escobar gallardo, the carver, and james were all bad guys in the previous seasons. Season 5 starts oct. 30. I will be ready!

I loved the new show it was comical and i liked how christian became jealous of shawn for a change. I thought that christian and shawn acting in a tv show about plastic surgery to get them on the map in Hollywood was genious!! I also think that there will be alot of new and interesting characters in Hollywood that you wouldn't find in Miami and i think its going to make for a great drama and comedy, in a nutshell--LOVED IT!!!!!!

The new season looks stupid. I hate the fact it went from dark to now comedy?!?! way to ruin a great show!

How disappointing!!! The one show on tv that I looked forward to and it was horrible!!! I agree with mark....umm...if you will recall, during the first "sexual content" scene, Wilber was ASLEEP and the second one, Christian didn't say CUM he said SQUIRTY SQUIRT (or something like that)....so quit being lame and just nay saying things just to sound like you are proving this big point about sexual content on t.v.

Help - I'm confused, Julia keeps talking about her mother - I thought she was burned in the plane crash, they thought she was dead but she started breathing so Julia smothered her to death to put her out misery.

That's a good choice.... especially after seeing her with the crack pipe! Usually its not a major character though. It would be one of the new characters from this season.

You must have missed the very end of that episode. Julia returns to her apartment and her mother is there. She never went on the flight because she didnt want to leave angry or something after the fight she and Julia had.
Julia ended up killing some poor stranger! ;) Another dark secret of hers...

Did I miss something becauce I can't figure out what happened to Julia and Sean's baby boy. I thought I remebered her with a stroller standing outside of the airport whne she was leaving for New York, but have not heard mention of him at all.

I am absolutely FREAKIN OUT that Matt and Kimber are fucking meth whores!! And what about their baby??? So sad...I really hope Sean doesnt give in to Eden's dirty ass. And Julia pissed me off with all that goin back and forth with Sean and Christian. If she's gonna be gay, she needs to make up her mind! This was a TOP NOTCH episode. Nip/Tuck is REALLY givin it to me right now. This is why I love Nip/Tuck.

I beleave that in the second episode of season 5, you catch a glimpse of Connor while Julia is on the phone with Sean. He is eating breakfast with his sister, and he still only has the one hand that was fixed. So he is still there. I just think that they played his story so much last season that they are going to bring him up later in this season.

Is it just me, or is anyone else a little disappointed that S5 has almost exclusively dealt with Sean/Christian/Julia/Matt relationships and no attention to patients with issues? There used to be a balance of both and the 2 stories would tie in nicely with each other but I don't see that yet. Seems like that's an intentional shift in the writing style, and maybe thats what they want with the move to LA but its leaning too much to the soap opera side thus far.

I think I've noticed a change but I dont think they've completely ignored the patients. I think part of the story is that business is a bit slower. Give it time, the patients will come and I think it starts with Rosie next week. That will get them back in the papers.

They havent had the usual freak patients they used to.

According to my sources it is suppose be a major role that will be killed off this season. Thus, letting me to believe that it will not be someone new this season (unlike the Carver)... So, any one out there knows what her (Kimber/Kelly) contract situation with the show feel free to drop a note.

P.S. Is it me or does Connor look too old for 6 months later? Just my 2 cents... I also agree with M that it's gonna take a little time for them to get patients... oh, is it me or is Eden is sooo DILF!?!?!?

Thanks for the compliment and I'm glad everyone is finding the board helpful. It's odd how we feel sorry for Christian but not for the women he does the same things to. There's no doubt Christian is the way he is because of his past but he's always been true to Sean and even feels bad for being jealous.

Sean is starting to revert back to his old self and I have no idea why he proposed to Kate unless he just felt so guilty for being attracted to Eden. I really thought Sean would have been more open since he moved to LA but I guess that's not going to happen now.

Bad things are in store for some of the other characters so it should be interesting the next couple of weeks. I dont think Matt has any idea of what he's gotten himself into. I think we're going to see him at new lows this year. Annie will probably get herself into a hospital because nothing has really changed now that she's expelled.

Why are Julia are Olivia still on the west coast? They just planted Eden in a school over there so that they could stay longer. Meanwhile, Conner is being watched over by Erica (Julia's mom). Cmon! That's not believable at all..... I agree with a lot of other folks about Wilbur also... who's watching him? We havent seen a nanny anywhere but at least he mentioned that they were watching the whales last episode.

Christian is the man! We all have insecurities and guilt Christian just lives them out.

I was able to attend the premier of season five and it was a blast. The stars were very nice and apporachable. I love the premier, like the twist it is taking and think that the writing has been incredible. More of Eden's body would be nice, she is beautiful in person and on screen.

I think Mattie will be a porn star soon... with Kimber's help of course... They need the $$$ for the smacks... Sean must of loved the fudge suprise in the hot tub soo much that he decided to proprose to whatshernameactress. Wonder how long the marriage will last OR will it ever take place? I think "Plastic Fanstaic" is a nice change of pace and at the same time poking fun at the reality show crap... I think is kinda funny... I hope Sean gets to BANG Eden soon!!! I was really disappointed with last night’s episode. I was waiting for it to end and it kept going and going, then finally started to get back on track and the show was over. I never watch the previews for the following week but this week I did to make sure N/T was back on track, and it looks like it is.

This is my first post. Loved last season but starting to hate this season..julia and chrisitian are boring together they have no chemistry. I think that this season is a little boring compared to some of the previous seasons. I mean really... the writers dont't really tell where any of the charaters are. Like last nights episode, where is Jenna, Matt and Kimber's baby? What about Annie? And Connor?

All these childern really are lost. Also I don't agree when people say that the writers need to turn down the sex factor on this show. Just because more women than men watch the show that doesn't mean that women don't like to see things like that.

Anyways, I think that Juila needs to break up with Ollie and forget Christian and get back together with Sean.

I will agree that the writing that the writers did for Matt was terrific. I liked what happened with him, and it's good writing. More drama needs to happen, because it seems that the writers like to go back and forth to see who is really going to end up with Julia. I agree that the Carver really did bring alot of exciting drama to the show but they need to bring something like that back.

i think when confronted with a gunman you have 50/50 chance of surving. i'd hate to play it claim just to get shot anyway. i would rather play it claim until i see a chance to fight back, have some pride. The way Julia looked, she was trying to figure out what to do...Forcing a accident may help in real life but not for Nip/Tuck. I do agree with you that the story line was a waste of time. Was anyone else a little suspicious of Olivia's emotions during the attack? I mean, I thought she was the strong one out of the pair. She seemed WAY too sobby. It almost leads me to believe the attack was planned... Because after the attack, when Christian showed up, she seemed her normal bitter self.

AND, in the preview for next week I'm almost POSITIVE that she's the one holding the gun, possibly to her own daughters face. (My prediction)

The Kimber storyline is another one that is just way too far fetched. Model->Porn->Scientology->Motherhood->Crack Head->Porn That's a strange evolution indeed. Ram even had a wife... I know it's porn but come on. Christian's idea of helping Matt is force Kimber to do that to him, and then get back together with Julia???? Poor writing...

By the way, Julia looked like a crack head herself in last week's episode. Are we really supposed to believe that Christian still has a thing for her and is willing to risk everything with Sean AGAIN!!! This is just getting stupid in my opinion. Is Julia really perfection in Christian's eyes??? Why is she even still on the west coast?

Where's Jenna (Missing)? Where's Wilbur(Missing)? Where's Connor(in NY with Julia's Mom)? Where's Annie (apparently expelled from school)?

Julia is looking too thin. She is looking like a ghost!! Poor writing all around. This show seems to have lost all creativity. Maybe the writers are tired and looking for their next projects.

cuz kimber is selfish... she uses Jenna and i dont think she really wants to keep her..... Matt ... dont know if he would make a good father on his own .... Lokk at what he did and now hes floating in his pool unconsious..... stupid...

Fanatic, I would agree with you most definitely.

However, something I have "Forshadowed" if you will, is that maybe Christian made Kimber break up with Matt because he wants her back? I know the whole "Take the back door, that's where we take out the trash" thing but I think he still wants her, even if he doesn't have deep feelings for her. I mean really, when you think about it he's had every woman he's ever wanted, even Julia. But Kimber is far from easy, and I think that makes him want her even more.

We all know the pattern of Nip/Tuck. [Villain Introduced] - [Villain Does Damage] - and by the end of the season [Villain is removed in some form] The only really good thing that's come of this season, which no one seems to notice is that the "Villain" hasn't really been identified yet. Is it Eden? Is it Olivia? Is it Kimber?

OH! And did I mention Julia coming to Hollywood? I keep meaning to mention that! It's funny how Sean moved to Hollywood, Christian followed, Julia came for a "Visit" and suddenly Matt, Kimber, and the whole gang is there (Subtract the kids, they're only kind of there). Needless to say, the whole move to Hollywood was pointless.

I started watching Nip/Tuck the summer before season 4. During the summer they replay all of the episodes, 4 every night to be exact, so I've seen every episode thus far. My conclusion of the whole series is that it's boiling down to more sex and less surgery. Did you notice that there's different producers now?! Bonnie Weis (I think that's her name) isn't on the credits anymore. Could you believe I almost gave up on the series after the third episode of this season? I can!

They also reply the show right afterwards on Tues... I would vote Ollie the carpet muncher as the Villian for the season... I also think Matt & Kimber will lose their baby...

I dont think Ollie is the Villain at all this year. She's just a relationship like Alanis played with Liz. I thought the butt bandit would be the villain but maybe it's... Julia? After all, she's tormenting Sean.

I'm still REALLY suspicious about the way Olivia acted during the attack. I think she staged it. But I could be wrong. It could be that the attack was written so that Julia could go buy a gun for future episodes.

Any guesses on who's going to be shot next week? And do you think they will die?

I think it's too early for Eden to get kicked off.

Kimber will probably get shot by Mattie... Eden will get a shot of DNA in the poophole by Sean...lol btw, the X-Files alien subplot is kinda lame...correct me if i'm wrong but I think the fat daughter was on the show b4 as another patient no??? and yeah the holdup does look very staged. Matt will survive fo'sure...

Karen : George Coe is the name you're looking for the actor's that played Dr Lee. He's been around for ages...

So, I've watched the preview for next week (TOMORROW! FINALLY!) about 5 times so far, and I am 100% positive that it's Olivia holding the gun. They showed her face. But that doesn't mean she shoots anyone, it just means she was aiming a gun.

i was just thinking what ever happened to liz's girlfriend.... i dont remember... i think she was in last season.... anyone remember ... i havnt gotten season 4 dvd set yet....

Olivia is probably aiming the gun @ Christian for sleeping & re-sleeping w/ Julia... I think Lizzybo's gurlfriend is no more (Alanis Morissette)...I hope Ava Moore & Gina makes their comebacks! I miss them both... Especially the Hello A-hole part...lol
