Giving Works logo

CARE joins eBay Giving Works

CARE is now part of eBay’s Giving Works. Through the program, CARE members and anyone else desiring to support CARE financially can list their items on eBay and donate a portion of the sale proceeds to CARE.

Help raise funds for CARE

Any eBay seller can use eBay Giving Works to donate 10% to 100% of their item's final sale price to CARE, and get a credit on their Insertion and Final Value fees. (The minimum for eBay Motors sellers is 1%). With the item description for every listing that benefits CARE, buyers will see a banner with information about the organization, a link to our eBay Giving Works page, and the percentage of the final sale price the seller is donating.

Each eBay Giving Works listing is identified by a special ribbon logo, catching buyers eyes. Your listing stands out in search results. Buyers see that their purchase helps you help a worthy cause.

More bids and higher prices

Buyers are inspired to buy and often will pay more for items benefiting a nonprofit.

When your eBay Giving Works listing sells, eBay will credit back your Insertion and Final Listing Fees by the same percentage you donated. Giving 50% of your item's final sale price? You'll get back 50% of your fees. Giving 100%? You get back all of your Insertion and Final Value Fees.

Buyers can find your item when they search on eBay, on eBay Giving Works, and on the About My Nonprofit page. It's like having three listings for the price of one!

Currently there are no items for sale to benefit our organization, but you can help! Be the first to list an item and help our cause today. Need instructions on how to list? Print a copy of these
instructions (PDF file).

Not set up to list with eBay? No Problem! Call To have your item picked up. We will photograph and list it for you! Jim Galm, 216-346-0782 or Randy Bennett, 440-479-3392.
