CARE offers a Night at the Races on Friday, October 17
Citizens Advocating Responsible Energy (CARE) will hold a night of fun at its NIGHT AT THE RACES fundraiser on Saturday, October 17, 2009, at the Montville Community Center. CARE Clambake and Steak Roast is Sept. 25
Citizens Advocating Responsible Energy (CARE) is again hosting a DiFranco Clambake and Steak Roast fundraiser for 6 to 8:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, at the Montville Community Center, southeast corner of U.S. Rt.. 6 and Ohio 528, in Montville. Click here to view a poster. Last fall, clam bake and steak roast enthusiasts traveled from far and wide to partake of the CARE Clambake and Steak Roast. The verdict was unanimous — it was the best they had ever tasted. This year's version is guaranteed to be the highlight of the clam bake season. Admission to the dinner is by advance-sale ticket only, and ticket sales will end early to make certain there will be an adequate supply of all the fixin's . I came across this site researching my fathers death in 1991. He worked for Cleveland Electric Illuminating Co. He died at age 49 from a "rare" form of lymphoma that the Oncologist said was due to working in the high energy fields near the transformers. Dont know if this fits this websites agenda??
