Well- i wish i was getting $$ to spend! We are in the brackett where we're not eligible for a damn thing! How fair is that! My husband and i sturggle getting three kids through college and work extra to pay tuition and this is what we get "nudda" Fortunately my son in college, who worked extra for tuition is receiving something- go figure!
