Hmm. More spam. Like a manmade corral reef. Somehow. At least Alphacore has added something relevant. Subscribed.

Crappy poo poo to all the haters and spam perpetrators.

Wow. Glad I had notification turned on, or I would have missed that AMAZING last post. You raise some interesting questions, Alta, especially when you said "give like to be?"

I may have to turn this matter over to the good doctor Zeno, as my humble capacities will surely fail you. Also, I'm not fluent in pidgin English.

Skype CAN be a pain in the ass, but I've found that once you get it going, its a VERY useful program. I've actually used it for musical purposes, and have been planning a larger work with it which I'll be recording soon. I was using one of my SM-57s for my Skype mic, but replaced it with a Radio Shack POS, which is better since my kids have a tendency to knock it off the desk.

I had to go back an look to see what you were using to host the ITDE files. That indicates how easy MediaFire is for the downloader... I can't remember using it, because it's just too easy.

I've been closing Skype every time I reboot, because it uses up a lot of cpu. Next time I reboot, I'll leave it running. Not that I even know whether this laptop of mine has a mic built into it. Still haven't set up Soulseek, yet.

Thanks for warming up this discussion page, too.

ObExpMusic: Listening to last Sat's ITDE even as I type. And just added links to the featured mp3 list and the experimental.music links list.

Good links with the file-sharing sites. I've downloaded a lot from Mutant Sounds, but I can't stand that RapidShare site-- I wish they'd use MediaFire. It's free, and seems to hold files forever. RapidShare is just a pain in the ass. I added you to my Skype, btw.
