Ron Hester passed away last night about 11:00 pm @ Chapel Hill. Please remember Linda & Elizabeth in your prayers and just pray God will give her the faith and strength she needs @ this difficult time in her life. Linda has lost both sons and now Ronald.

Hey! Tom posted on FB that Lydia Faith was born at 9:33 this morning; she weighed 9lbs 3oz and is 21.5 inches long. Mom and baby are doing fine; keep them in your prayers!

For those who may not know, Lydia Faith was born to Tom and Bree Harris.

Please continue to pray for Ed, his neurologist has diagnosed him with CIDP (Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy). He is scheduled to go back to Chapel Hill Monday to discuss a possible plasma exchange to treat this condition since he did not improve after the IVIG treatments. He has also been referred to another physical therapy facility that has more experience dealing with this type of disease.

Also please be in special prayer for our children and their unspoken requests.

Some of you may have known Mr.D.C. Taylor from church several years ago. He passed away a few years ago and now his widow has passed away. I think her name was Sarah. Please keep her family in your prayers. Don't know any details of the arrangements.

Just wanted to post that Miss Mary Belle Edmund passed away yesterday around noon. she is the grandmother of Jeannie Locklear. funeral plans incomplete. more later.

We have another death in our church family. Mrs. Ruth Dowless died Sunday at hospice house.
There will be a Graveside Service held on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton with the Reverend Dennis Harrell officiating.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.

Hey my church family- Riley Scott was born today @ 5:07. He weighed 7.7 pds and is 19.5" long. Everyone is healthy and tired. Pictures are posted on facebook. We should be back by Sunday. Love ya'll.
