February is Heart Month and I have volunteered as the neighbourhood Captain. We need volunteers to do the door-to-door canvassing during in the CGYHA area. Each volunteer will have about 15 - 20 houses to canvas during February. I will provide packages and some instruction as needed and will get all money and packages back to the Ottawa Heart Foundation.
