Wow!!!! what a great festival! The music, the food, the swimming - everything was perfect. You folks sure know how to put on a show. This was our first time to Ossipee but we will be back with friends. count on it!!!

Thanks for a great weekend. Ossipee Valley is truely the best festival of it's kind in th Northeast. It's the workshops, the dances, and the contests combined with the killer main stage show. The memory of Michael Cleveland fiddle dueling with Ray Legere will keep me warm through the long winter months. It does'nt get any better than that! And kudos to the folks running the dances. Our family had agreat time. We danced till we dropped and then went for a nice cool swim in the river. Thanks for all your hard work. Can't wait to see you all next year!

The Wilders are amazing!! I'd never heard of them before but now I'm ready to quit my job and just follow them around the country! They are my new favorite band and Ossipee is my new favorite festival. Thanks fo a great weekend

We used to go to 5 festivals every summer but now we just go to one. And it's the best one - Ossipee Valley! Thanks for doing what you do. We had a great time singing on the open stage and hope to get the chance again next year.

Hey, you guys should look into the Infamous Stringdusters. they would be perfect for your festival.

I just checked out your Michael Cleveland clip on youtube. Very impressive. If you've got any more footage of that jam you should post it.

Just a quick note to let you guys know that I thought the contests this year were the best ever. The talent level at the guitar and banjo contests were unbelievable. Where do these guys come from??!! The contests for me are just as entertaining as the main stage. It's hard to believe that the guy who won the songwriting contest is unknown. I've never heard of him before but he was awesome. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming.

I've already reserved our hotel room for the festival for my husband and I. This will be our first time here. What brought us here was seeing that the Nashville Bluegrass Band will be playing in 2008. I can't wait to see the full schedule. What time does it start on Thursday? We want to be sure to stake out a good place with our chairs.

Hello, Bill and Raetha
Thanks for posting the 2008 lineup. A big bright spot in this long and dreary winter. Glad to see that Dan Paisley will be there. His band puts on a great show. Should be a great 10 year anniversary for the festival. It only seems like yesterday that it was the first one.
Take care and see you all in July, Jim Hebert

I got talked into going to the festival last year expecting the most borring afternoon of the summer. WOW!!! Was I surprised. My buddy Jack had to drag me out of there and I can't wait to make a weekend of it this year. The festival is so well promoted and family oriented I'm shocked it is not a bigger event in the Maine summer season dominated by over priced lobster, italian sandwiches and cheap horse racing. Wonderful job whoever you are and watch for the big guy tapping his feet this year.
