"Congratulations and a Big Well Done" to all our Club Members who passed their NISA Tests on Saturday. Hard lines to those of you who didn't, but there will be other Test Sessions and I'm sure you will be successful next time.

Keep working hard and listen to your coaches. They share your pleasure when you are successful, but they also share your disappointment when you have to re-try. They have all been there themselves, they know what it's all about.

"A Big Well Done" to everyone who skated in the "Hannah Competition" onn Saturday.

To all those who made the rostrum "Special Congratulations and Well Done. All your hard work came good on the day. To those of you who didn't make the rostrum this time, there will be another chance at next year's
"Hannah."

To all our Saturday Skate UK skaters, it was great seeing you taking part in the "Hannah." "Congratulations and Well Done" to the skaters in the Bronze, Silver and Gold Competition who made the rostrum. Better luck next time to those who didn't. REMEMBER it's the taking part that counts, the rostrum is the bonus.

To all our skaters, "Keep Working Hard, listen to your coaches, they have been there themselves and they know it's not easy."

Last, but by no means least, "Well Done Coaches."

On behalf of Ayr Figure Skating Club, I would like to say a "BIG THANK YOU" to all the parents, grandparents and friends who came along on Saturday morning to support the skaters in the "Hannah Competition."

Also a "BIG THANK YOU" to everyone who helped at the coffee morning and for the kind donations of baking. Without your help and support the coffee morning wouldn't have been a success.

Any competition, big or small, takes a bit of organising before it can take place. It just all doesn't happen by some miracle on the day. To the Committee and all those people who worked hard before and during the "Hannah" my sincere thanks.

To Ashley and her Committee, I'd like to say a "BIG THANK YOU" for all your hard work and preparation to make the "Christmas Party" a great success. It was good to see some of our "Skate UK" coming along to join us. From what I could see everyone had a great time. I know I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

"Congratulations and Well Done" to Club Members, Heather Murdoch and Lewis Gibson, who have now completed all their Pairs Tests, Levels 1 - 6.

Heather and Lewis have been selected to represent Great Britain at the ISU Pairs Development Camp in Berlin in April, where they will work with World ranked skaters and coaches.

They are also now on the NISA Regional Development Squad.

"Congratulations and Well Done" has also to go to Heather and Lewis's coach, Jennifer Holmes, who will be going with them to Germany. Jennifer herself has also been at the ISU Pairs Development Camp with her former pairs partner, Chris Tees.

As a solo skater, Jennifer was on the Great Britain Team and represented her country at Internationals and Junior World Championships.
