The trustees welcome all devotees to Erikuppam Saneeswarar Koil on 5th August 2007(according to trikanitha panchang which is followed in all temples) in connection with the transit of Saturn from Kadaka to Simma Rasi at 12.19 PM and take part in Puja parikarams /abhishekams, homams, Sani dosha nivarthi pujas, special archanas etc and also request you to participate in temple construction activities which is planned in a big way to popularize this age old temple. The directions for reaching the temple are given elsewhere in this site. It is just 130 kms away from Chennai.
The temple belongs to 1500 Years and devotees are swelling up every day. The temple is also coming up nicely and plans are there to build a shiva temple as well in the long run following agamas. Lot of swamijis, mutt chiefs, Divine astrologers and VIPs visit the shrine all the time. The trustees expect nearly 1.5 lakh devotees during the sani peyarchi day. Lodging /Boarding accommodation are available at Arni. Trustees have made elaborate arrangements towards ANNADHAN, stay /accommodation , traffic , water, sanitation etc for the forth coming important event . The trustees solicit members of this group to act as volunteers and also request each one's cooperation to make this function a success for Mankind.
