Come join us for a training run on the Great Bay Half Marathon Course this Sunday March 9th. Meet at the Newmarket High School and be ready to run at 8:00am - REMEMBER TO SPRING YOUR CLOCKS FORWARD THIS WEEKEND!
Distances: 10 Miles, 13 Miles & some adding on. All Pace levels welcome. This is not a supported run, but there will be plenty of good company - our last training run had 45 runners all starting out together.

I am working with Mike putting together a group of official pace runners for the Great Bay Half Marathon on April 6th. Please let me know if you are interested in being an official pace runner (you will be provided a number/chip, race shirt, LOCO pacer hat & laminated pace time bib to pin on your back)- This is a great option for those Boston training that want the distance that day but may not want the pressure to run hard and fast. If anyone is doing the Mar. 16th Run to the Beach 30K, I'd be interested in either being a carpool driver to N.Andover or getting a ride.
This would be for Nbpt area runners though - meet at The Circle around 8 am then head east to the start.
Please post a reply by Mar. 14th

A volunteer Special Needs track coach is needed for the Special Olympics Team. Practices will be at the Newburyport Track every Sunday from 5:30-6:30 from mid-April to mid-June. There will be plenty of parental supervision to assist.

Please contact Don Hennigar or John Gangemi is you are interested:

> The USATFNE WCRC seniors team of Dennis Donoghue 1:25 David Kelly 1:27
John Webber 1:28 Don Hennigar 1:30, running against the best NE has to offer, finished 6th this past weekend out of 17 seniors teams at the New Bedford half marathon in a score 3 event. This was our first race as a "expansion team" running against the established USATF clubs in the grand prix. Thanks to all for putting in the time committment and a big race effort. We hope to attract more WCRC seniors to join us for the next usatfne event May 11th in Nashua Nh. It is 6km. and is a score 5 event. We are hoping to bring a team of at least 6 seniors to compete. We think with the shorter distance, our overall club depth should favor us more. If interested please reply here, or email
