Hi everyone, This is from the gentleman that spoke at last month's meeting. One of Don Henningar's girls has been getting some great results from her visits. Chris,
I'd be interested in the indoor track time. Let me know what you find out.

You can always come on Monday nites to Red Hook. Its flat like a track, the weather and the beer always makes it one of my fastest runs of the week. And yes we still run if its -20 with 2 feet of snow.

I think the thought was that in the summer at 70 degrees you can comfortably run anywhere you want, including informally on some school's outdoor track for free, providing stiff competition for a paid summer track program. However, in the winter when its -30 with 2 feet of snow outdoor tracks seem less hospitable (except in snow shoes).

Just an observation but if outdoor track turnout is poor............why would paying more to run on a smaller track be that appealing?

Is there any interest in acquiring some winter track time @ Governor Dummer? We were thinking Jan - Feb, 8 weeks. Probably Monday or Tuesday night, unsure of time but probably 7PM or later. The higher the number the lower per person cost.
Let me know.

I suspect the turnout will be light, given the forecast for hard rain and high wind.
