At club meeting last night we had a number of people who stepped forward to host Winter Training Runs- so if you're so inclined let us know soon. This is tremendous and will bring a new vigor to our training!!
Also there was a question about 'advise on fuel stations"- If you're hosting please post about whether people should bring their own water etc and/or best places to put them ahead of time; as well as any other relevant info.
So far we have:(see prior post for dates- but they are generally every other week-except we will do March on the 7th and 28th because of races etc:
Dates and mileage: Dec. 13(10-12miles)+27(12-14m); Jan. 10(14-16m)+24(16-18m); Feb.7(16-18m)+21(18-20m); March 7(20-22m)+28(22-24).
12/13- Mike McCormick-Newburyport 12/27- Kathy McWilliams,Brian Amero- Amesbury Laurie Gaudreau- York, Me -date?? Teresa Soracco- Newburyport-date?? Scott Walsh-Newburyport-date??
