I plan on running a legit run each race, without holding anything back. I didn't expect to beat my PR from a few years ago at the first race this year so I am hoping to continue the streak for the rest of the series.

My biggest challenge will next Tuesday. I'll be running the BAA 5K on Sunday, then the Marathon on Monday, and finally, the Good Times Run on Tuesday. I should be in a lot of pain and will need to finish sub 21 by next Tuesday if everything goes as planned tonight.

Once you get to know me, you will notice that I'm quite frank in my discussions. My reference to "cheat" wasn't accusatory or personal to your effort, just my analysis of such a challenge as you set before us.

My guess would be that by next Tuesday night around 7:25pm at the Good Times finish line you will be very glad those 6 or 7 steps to the right of water jugs do in fact go UP instead of down.

Lindsay, I'll change both of you to Hudson, MA. It'll be correct starting next week. Jason, yes we have had folks who have set PRs all ten weeks. Good luck at Boston.

Teens are welcomed. Best way to regisister is onsite. It's best if you get there before 6:30 to avoid the rush.

Hi Megan,
We begin running at 7:00 PM, however it is best to get to Hookslide Kelly's early to register. You can find directions on the website www.goodtimesrun.com.

I use this instead of a watch, but I won't for Karnac.

Dave-- will you be posting a sked for the summer series soon? I assume it will start up on Tuesday June 16 or 23rd?

Work is interfering with my running this year. I shouldnt complain about that these days......

Dave,

My name is Carmen Liron-Espana (bid #450). I believe my bid numbers got confused with somebody else. For instance, las Tuesday I did not run but my name showed up among the finishers. It is the second time it had happend and I think it will happen again next Tuesday. Could you please correct it? Thanks you very much
