I looked over the whole website and e-mail I recieved, it has dates but I don't see what time the races start at. Does anyone know when they shoot the gun to run?

I would really like to give this a shot. Sounds silly but I'm scared and running has never been " my thing" but something I've always wanted to try. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just show up and you'll have fun. There are all levels of talent there, from lightning fast to tortoise slow. Get there about 6:15 to get a number. The lines will be long.

Hi Tim, The address is Yankee Timing, PO Box 3242, Nashua, NH 03061. I've been receiving other entries so I don't know what the issue could be. You can signup on race day. Dave

Hi Kim, I ran this race 4 years ago as my first 5k. I had a great time and was truly a tortoise!! Sadly, my work schedule kept me from this series until this year. I (barring my kids' softball schedules) am going to try to make it every week this year. Go out there and have fun...I will be the one right behind you!

Hi I just looked up my name to check my time for the first 5k and noticed that my name was written incorrectly. It was typed as Phillips Patience instead of Patience Phillips. Is there any way to correct this? What should I do?

Hi, I was wondering whether it's allowed to run the race with a jogging stroller?

Hi Mary, thanks for your question. Our course is not suited for jogging strollers. The sidewalk along the VFW highway if very narrow with high fencing on one side and guardrails on the other. Besides the safety concerns, it would be impossible to pass a stroller on this section. Dave

Hi,
When I looked up my time for last week's race I noticed that I, Lindsay Clemons, and my friend, Anne Frappier, were listed as being from Hudson New Hampshire, but we are both actually from Hudson Massachusetts. Is there anyway to fix that?

Dave,
Have you ever had any one set a PR at every race in one season? That's my goal for this season.
See you guys tonight!

<<<< Have you ever had any one set a PR at every race in one season? That's my goal for this season.
That is technically possible if you were to control your race and engineer the last mile to just create a PR without going too much which would make all subsequent attempts less likely to succeed.
However, on predict your time night, unless you cheat, you will have no way of knowing where your are relative to where you need to be.
You've quite a challenge.
