There were a few things I wanted to review:
 1) The relativistic electron phenomena that you had mentioned, and where I could find information on the existing theory.
 2) The estimated cost to power graph that you had.
 3) Also there was minimum frequency before which air ions wouldn't electrically breakdown. I didn't quite get what the frequency was, and how the calculation was made.

I just wanted to get some of this theory down so I could start evangelizing the project.
