Muleskinner, that is what I got out of it...just a suggestion. Yeah, how would you enforce it? that would be hard. I agree with Lone Wolf to bring a horse that you need to desensitize, except for my brown and white paint of course, who just goes crazy! Scared of the noise but not bothered by balloons, running the course...nothing. Only the gunfire noise even with his ear plugs in.
