SASSER's - A huge thanks to Loco Shooter, Zoe James, Ocala Outrider, Keith & Josh for all they did at the match. Without them, all of you would not have had the time that you did. Also, Meagan & Melissa, thanks. I'm sure that everyone who participated in the match want to thank you as well.

The July match at the Livestock Pavillion will start at 4 pm. 9:30 pm is the stop time. We should get 4 stages in but will not have an Xtreme and maybe not rifle, we'll just have to see how our time is going. It will be hot when we start but should be much better as the evening cools down.

I wasn't done, hit the wrong button. The July practice will be cancelled 'cause of the heat. Feel free to get together and practice on your own. The July match will be here before you know it.

Everyone was really impressed with the arena. Best footing I've ever seen. You never have to drag. We have secured the Livestock Pavillion for June, July & Aug. for next year. Also, we have this arena on the weekend before Thanksgiving for our State match next year. You can thank Loco Shooter for this. He has been working his butt off for this club. I know it seems early to be getting arenas for next year but covered arenas are hard to get so you have to look ahead and plan early.

The video girls can still get you a video if you didn't order one yet. You are really missing out if you don't get one. You will never get a price like this on a quality video. Hi All - Some of you may know of the Goethe Trailhead Ranch. I was there several weeks ago and it is an awesome place. They don't have a covered arena at this time. I thought maybe if you want another option for practices and/or matches, you may want to check this out. They have gazillions of nice stalls, RV hookups, bath house, convenience store with western gear in it. They are working on their tack store and should be completed in the near future. You can also trail ride across the street to the Apex Trailhead of the Goethe State Forest. They also have a nice covered pavillion. If you want to look at their website, just google Goethe Trailhead Ranch or Goethe Ranch. Hope you like it.

Help!!! Did Morning Sun wear a black hat for one of her runs? I hate to have to go through the films again to be sure it's her! But I also don't want to put the wrong person on her DVD!

She had on a blue skirt, a pale blue long sleeve blouse and was wearing a black hat. She was riding a sorrel gelding.

Muleskinner good memory! Actually the hat was dark brown but probably looks black in the films. I only wore it the first stage and took it off for stages 2-3-4. It was just too darn hot!
