Be very careful, Cherokee Jack. I saw your wife shopping in the clothes tents. Directly you will be getting her a horse so she can shoot too. Don't be fooled by our club, everyone was on their best behavior this weekend, especially Roofcat.:-)

First and foremost - EXTREME thanks to Wendy and Darlene for assisting Cover Girl with her colic. I just can't express my thanks enough. Then there was the list of folks agruing over who's horse I would use for the rest of the match. UR the Best! I love all of you!

Ramblin Rose - Yep, I got the Nutty Cowboy award. I had someone else in mind though. Just don't understand how I received the honor????

Cherokee Jack - Enjoyed every minute with you Friend. I'll help the Mrs anytime with clothing design...LOL.

Cracker "No Stop" Cowboy - There was a pile of jackets. I did see the Harley Jacket - A little too big for me...LOL.

CONGRATS - To my partner Roofcat for Overall win and Rocky Rider for Ladies Overall. Reserve honors went to Chinks and Two Gun Gina. Rifle State Champions are Chinks and Two Gun Gina.

Thanks to all our great Vendors who donated their time and products.

And to Lone Wolf our outgoing Pres. You can NOT be replaced. You have left a pair of boots that will take alot to fill. Good Luck to your replacement. He or She will need it!

SASSers - Thanks to another great weekend of reminding me why we do this. It' NOT the buckles, breast collars or awards - It's the fellowship shared between Family and Friends.

What a great weekend!!!!! I have got to thank Scott Hook my farrier for letting me ride his horse the last year. Sage Quixote is turning out to be one awesome partner. (Although I would miss him He is for sale if any body is looking) I also have to thank Denny Chapman for all his help turning this wayward english rider into a cowgirl!!! I couldn't ask for a more patient instructor. He always seems to be able to make improvements in my riding, shooting and course management each session we have. Thanks to Deke Rivers for the work he has done with my guns and advice he has given me with them. Thanks to Jack with JD Leather who came to my rescue as my bridle broke right before going into the arena. I need to get you to make me a belt now!!) But most of all I have to thank the Florida Outlaws for making me part of the family. I received more kind comments from so many of you this weekend. You have all been so supportive and it is greatly appreciated. And lastly but definately not least I have to thank the other Ladies Level 2s in my class. The bar they set for me to attempt to reach was so high that it made me work harder to feel like I was not out of place among them and it has made me a much better "cowgirl". And the congratulations they gave me for good runs showed me what just what comraderie and sportsmanship is all about. Thanks for a great weekend!!

We had a great time at the shoot. Thanks everyone for the great fun and the banquet was a lot of fun. It will definately be hard to fill chuckles size 14 boots. (LOL) I just love that arena the camping is great and the stalls are probably the biggest ones around. I'm so glad we are going to have the Fla peacemakers state shoot at that arena in march. Hopefully not with another incident like Don had I know brakes are so over rated

Cherokee Jack and Capt Coleslaw - Pics can be gotten at www.blinkofaneyephoto.com. Cathy and JR really do a great job and can put your photos on anything. so glad ur part of the Family.

Hey ya'll - Speaking of JR and Cathy. They are having a tough time since Cathy's surgery. She loss her full time job due to the knee injury. Please order some CD's and various pillows, coffee cups, calendars, etc. They could really use the help right now.

Thanks so much for the PURPLE PASSION TEAM!

Even though we "whimped" out due to the rain on Sunday, Major Kydd and I had a great time at Canterbury. The opening flag ceremony was a really nice touch and should definately be repeated. Congrats to Roofcat and go Rocky Rider!! Thanks Purple Passion Team!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!

Thank you Major Kydd for participating with us in the Flag Ceremony. You probably saved all our lives. Sundance and I were somewhat concerned that we might all be killed by the lightening bolt that would strike if Roofcat were to ride into the arena carrying a flag that said "God."

Boy that was sure one of the best grand entry performance ever and the roofcat look so hot in his uniform. I feel so bad for all the people that share the arena with him and they are not noticed from every one eyes on the roofcat. we are so proud of The roofcat for beating the sox off that kid dinkeygaffer. I know he not in the roofcat leage.
