I was down for a while in the dungeon of despair
But I played and I prayed that my life be spared
From the claws of desperation, frustration and failure
Never stopped to move forward, never looked back to check the light

...and what seems to be a day suddenly became a year
what seems to be a year, suddenly became a decade
and several decades later...I find myself still here
Leaving a trail of whatever...a mission to fulfill..

Then out of the blue a volt of lightning hit me
As if saying... wake up , son, new trails must be blazed
To settle the score for your beloved nest...
Neglected love and freedom...missed opportunities galore

Round is like the ball bouncing around
 a circle like a coin or a ring on your hand.
  a full moon that is so bright in the darkest hour

Square is like the floor tiles
  be careful walking down the aisles
   when it's wet, you might slip
     don't get hurt,hold on tight,get a grip

Rectangle is like the tasty graham crackers
   "it is very yummy!"...said the baker
   you can put chocolate and melted marshmallow
     not a gumbo and some mango.
     
Triangle is like a slice of my favorite pizza
  chocolate pie and not a tuna
    with a drink of coca cola...

      or using a spoon made of plastic
       soy sauce and rice, it taste nice.

      squirrels come in and be my playmate
        I have some acorns and nuts
          some of your favorite delights.

    the food that we ate is from heaven
      my guardian angel told me to be a good girl.
