I've also done this in the dim & distant past & will agree with Steve T that it's a good pb type run. The relay may be good practise for Shugborough too, one for discussion Tuesday ?

Just a note about Steve's message re the St Michaels 10K. This is the flatest accurately measured 10K I completed when I was racing in the dim and distant past. (A number of the past ARC members PB was on this course) So if you are looking for a 10K PB this is the one!

Just put details of the St Michael's 10K on Sunday 22 June in stone staffs on the news page of the website. The race also offers a fun run, relay and 5k as well as being a flat course.

Dale, I will certainly buy everyone a beer and as many straws as they can share to quaff it. I'm just too generous for my own good. Liam

Liam. When you say "I will buy the beer on Tuesday", is that for everyone ?
Tuesday 27th May - Record attendances at The Stick & Wicket, thanks to the Chairman.
