THE END TIMES GIVEN TO MARIA VALTORTA

I have reread these prophecies after I read several books written by this seer and come to believe all her writings are authentic and given to her by God. Therefore, I now re-examine these prophecies dictated to her by our Lord Himself. Her books are of heavenly-origin, no human being can write like that, possess so much wisdom and understand the Divine mysteries.

I will summarize what I learn and post here gradually. Below is the Lord's condemnation on the idol-shepherds, priests who have betrayed their Lord due to the love for worldly power, politics, riches, honor, or merely silent cowardice.

IDOL-SHEPHERDS (Zechariah, 12-13-14)

"Woe betide it (the Church as of its dignitaries) thrice when it worships the Beast of which John speaks, namely political Power, and let itself be enslaved by it."
" I will only tell you that from a priesthood that loves rationalism too much and serves political power too much, there can be fatally come a very dark period for the Church."

(Idol-shepherds are those who worship worldly idols, therefore, lead their sheep with falsehoods. The Lord also spoke of these idol-shepherds of our times, prophesied by Zechariah as the DIRECT outcome of the collective errors and lack of devotion and love for God from all Church members.)

ABOUT THE SIGN OF THE TIME:

The Lord said the sign of time is scattered through out the Old Testament and the Gospel, just read it. He said the prophecies of Old Testament have to be fulfilled as He did not come to abolish the Law. Look for the Sign of Times in prevalent evils all around you and the world is getting more evil each day.

ABOUT THE WORLD EVILNESS:

The Lord says the world evilness depends directly on the number of "true" priests, and their number is dwindling downward. He laments at the fact that at the End of the world, He might be be the only true Priest left on earth Who will celebrate the Last Mass on earth. At that time, the Chalice will be full of His Blood and the blood of all martyrs and innocents. The true priest is the one who models his life after St. John the Apostle, the life of purity, the one who offers the Sacrifice of the Lamb most worthily. It does make sense as without God's Mercy obtained through the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the world will be left to themseves and demonic influence increases. St Pio once said the world could survive without the sun, but not without the Mass. Blessed Mother at La Salette did warn that one day there would be no more priest who worthily offered the Holy Sacrifice to God. The true priests will thwart the demonic stronghold by the Grace derived from the Sacrifice of the Lamb of God. The true priests can pospone the coming of the Antichrist and shorten his reign. We must pray for the holiness of our priests because our LIFE depends on it!!

ABOUT THE SACRIFICE OF THE INNOCENTS:

The murder of the innocent children will become more and more widespread while the world is heading toward the End as they prefigure the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and because the world has become more evil. The aborted or murdered children will find great joy and peace with the Lord due to their innocence.

ABOUT THE BEAST'S CAMP:

Back in Sep 2006 (Message#27 on this message board), I predicted that you would see the day crude oil dropped to $30/barrel. There is a basis for this prediction. And now, Gulf Co. CEO said gas price might drop to $1/gal next year. I think oil price today is around $40/barrel. $30 might be the number which will break Russian back. July 2008 , it was $150/barrel. Russian tanks will roll into Europe whne crude hits $30/barrel.

Keep watch on oil price.

THE BEAST'S CAMP:

PURIFICATION MANKIND:

First, purification by Flood; second, purification by the Blood of Christ; third, purification by chastisements of hell going wild. The wicked will be purged from the surface of the earth. The good are urged to immolate themselves to save souls. The whole world, both good and wicked, will have to go through the fire of purification this last time.

THE SECOND COMING:

The Lord will not come until the End of the world. He will not reign on earth for one millineum.

THE HOUR OF THE BEAST:

Now is the hour of the Beast. Only if you receive the Blood of the Lord and with honest will, you will not be affected by the craftiness and intelligence of the great Deceiver.

THE WORLD WILL CRASH DOWN IN THE END:

The human history has reached its apex. From now on, it will be on downward trend much faster and shorter than the upward, because the human civilization has reached its climax; errors or sins have been perfected and more refined; capacity for repentance has been "embroynic" or less natural; malice and pride have increased. Malice an pride will drag men onto a downward crash in which sincere repentance will become much more difficult. Men have become self-idolaters, worship Satan who use flesh, money, and power to control his slaves. He does not have to work very hard any longer. The Lord shall punish the world, many will die in every corner. Why? Because of the Divine Justice, price to pay for their sins, can also be the Divine Mercy as through ashes and rubles, one repentant soul might emerge from them.

THE FALL OF MANY PRIESTS AT THE END TIMES:

The Book of Revelation states that at the end, many "stars" will be swept away by the Dragon or Satan (Rev 12:3-4) The stars are the Lord's priests, the light of the world, the salt of the earth. While their spirits die, many souls die with them; these lights of Truth dim, the world immerses in darkness. Satan's plan is first to mess with their minds to creat mental chaos ( rationalism, falsehood, worldly, cultural, and political falsehoods ) which will lead to spiritual chaos which, compounded with worldly temptations, will lead to the weakness of faith or compromise and further justification for falsehoods, and eventually apostasy. The salvations of many souls which depend on the holiness of these priests will be in peril. The Lord says, when many priests become weak in their faith, demonic influence will rise to the point that the Antichrist will come with all his cruelties and craftiness. He is Satan's begotten son. He will persecute the Church just as ferociously as Romans did to the early Christians. The persecuted Christians of the latter days will also be the warriors of Christ. They will be the best. Like their earliest saints and models, they will suffer, but they will persevere and offer their blood of martyrdom for the renewal of the Church. The Eucharistic Blood of the Lord will not allow them to be corrupted. Steadfastness of faith, of charity, of fortitude, of purity, of self-abandonment will be their traits.

THE FATE OF ROME:
(Isa. 26-33)

Rome is the land of the saints. Rome is the second earthly Jerusalem. We now talk about Rome as its dignitaries, clergy, its religious leaders, its cardinals, its bishops, its priests, its scholars, it theologians. The priests and dignitaries of Rome have become the alliances with the forerunners of the Antichrist or the current worldly political powers. They have mislead their sheep into apostasy and damnation by neglecting the teaching of the Last Things: Heaven and Hell, Death and Purgatory, Divine Punishment and Judgment. Any Sunday Gospel readings deal with these subject besides Heaven will be placed in parentheses as optional readings or a "short" form. All they talk these days are tangible things, social ills, and love, meaning all the subjects dealing with worldly affairs or human moral only. They make their sheep to believe that nothing will happen if they sin or offend God because God is merciful, therfore, incapable of doing evil or allowing evil to befall on men (What an absurd notion!) God is merciful but He is also just, otherwise how could He be God? For their falsehoods and great scandalizing their sheep, Rome and all its priests and dignitaries will be mercilessly mowed down ironically by their own worldly alliances, Satan's followers. The Lord has said," Woe, woe, woe unto you who lead My people to believe that I protect your wrong-doings. Woe betide you who lead My children to distrust My Justice... What greater scandal is there than leading the common folks to believe that God would unjustly protect those who sin?... Every sin shall bring punishment ..."

SWORD AND DEMONS:

" Legions and legions of demons move whole nations like puppets... Pray, pray, pray much to prevent further fornications which will bring new divine condemnations..." As we already know, "every sin will bring punishment." Prayers shall lessen sins, therefore, lessen the divine chastisements.

MOSCOW (AP) - Russia would come under crippling financial pressure and may need to raise money externally if oil languishes at an average of $30 a barrel over the next two years, the World Bank predicted Friday.
The bleak scenario would mark a rapid unraveling of Russia's oil-fueled economic gains over the past eight years, during which time the government has paid down most of its foreign debt and built up a vast stockpile of international reserves.

"If oil prices in 2009 and 2010 average $30 a barrel, that would be a nightmare scenario for a global economy," Zeljko Bogetic, the World Bank's chief economist in Russia told investors on Friday. "The pressures on the current account and public finances in Russia would quickly rise to a point where the financing constraint would become so sharp that it's possible even to envisage Russia's return from a creditor to international organisations to (that of) a borrower."

At $50 a barrel, Russia could drain much of its reserve funds and run budgetary deficits, but would not face a "meltdown" scenario, said Bogetic.

A delightful display of planets and the moon will occur on New Year's Eve for anyone wishing to step outside and look up just after sunset.

 Venus, brighter than all other planets and stars, will dangle just below the thin crescent moon in the southwestern sky. It'll be visible -- impossible to miss, in fact -- just as the sun goes down, assuming skies are cloud-free.

Soon thereafter, Mercury and Jupiter will show up hugging the south-southwestern horizon (just above where the sun went down) and extremely close to each other. Jupiter is very bright and easy to spot; Mercury is faint and harder to see, but it'll be apparent by its location just to the left of Jupiter.

 Jupiter and Mercury will set less than an hour after the sun, so timing your viewing just after sunset is crucial. You'll also need a location with a clear view of the western horizon, unobstructed by buildings, trees or mountains. All the planets, along with the moon and sun, traverse an arc across our sky called the ecliptic, which corresponds to the plane in space that they all roughly share. For this reason, you could draw an imaginary line from the general location of Venus and the moon, down through the other two planets, and the line would point to where the sun went down. This line could also initially help you find Jupiter and Mercury.

Weather permitting, you can get a preview of the sky show on Tuesday, Dec. 30. into Gaza, is the feast St. John the apostle, St. John has also been revered to as the eagle, could this be the "feast of the Eagle".
  Also about Oil, It's amazing, how a price change in Oil can change
the economy very Quickly, in Oil rich Alberta , Canada we've gone from
huge surplus, to deficits in a matter of months. Every where spending
is slowing down. I do think though, that the whole world economy is on the
edge of economic melt down including Russia ,Iran etc.
