Deer are amongst the most stupidest of animals. I was moving this weekend and less than 200 yards from returning to the U-haul lot a fawn ran out onto 309 and ran into the rear wheels of the truck. Fortunately no damage to the truck, but the poor animal broke its rear legs. Behind me was Eric G driving my truck - behind him a police officer from Hatfield Township, who was able to put the poor beast out of its misery.
