A report and their impressions by SULONG BATCH 68 MOVEMENT during their general meeting on March 27, 2009.
On March 27, 2009, a general meeting by SB68M was held in their usual venue. Classmates/batch mates alike attended the meeting. Surprisingly, classmates who are presently residing in the Visayas and Mindanao were able to make it.
During the meeting, a laptop computer with a projector highlighted the web site of Batch 68. This is to make them aware and invite other batch mates to log on and participate with what ever activities the batch has to offer. The presentation spend too much of their time on the photo section where the present lifestyles of our batch mates who are living abroad and comprised the international group were shown. Also highlighted are the statements made by its current chair: Ed Callao for their comments and reactions.
REACTION: The reaction of the group in general was very sentimental and emotional. The others were violent. Yes, Ed Callao, they agree with you in your statement that the real enemies here are poverty, illiteracy and hunger, but these elements still exist within the ranks of the less fortunate members of our batch.
While many of you there are busy merry making and savor the sumptuous food that you have, many of them were not lucky enough to buy a computer; subscribe the monthly internet services; or to go to internet cafes to monitor the activities of the group; or simply were not reach-out; maybe perhaps, they were not important as the other batch mates. Would you then blame them if they just play blind, deaf and dumb to the events that transpired?
In fact, there were 2 package tours to Hong Kong Disneyland that were at stake in a raffle draw to members who attended the last meeting, but, the package deals were canceled. It was instead, converted into cash and was given to our less fortunate batch mates.
Giving to our alma mater is a very noble cause. But, getting it from our batch mates through a compulsory membership due/s and other contributions or any means twisting their arms in hard times like this is a robbery!
Let us examine our conscience. Meantime, we are sorry to let you know that we are not yet convinced to join your group unless, we see a very dramatic CHANGE!
As to the pseudoname/aka/and pen-names, remember that we are a break-away faction of CGEAHS class 68 and we are using it to avoid compromise. History will tell you that these have been practiced by our heroes fighting a dictatorship. As long as the fight against dictatorial style of ed callao remains and the elitist practices of the other batch mates are obviously displayed, we will not falter and continue until that dramatic change is achieved.

Our answer to the statement of ed callao!!!!!!
Howdy, mr. ed callao? We read your recent statement, and we would like to rebut. As usual, we found it insincere. I think the information fed to you is inaccurate. Maybe your advisor is the notorious conjugal opportunists who were always seen almost in all of the alumni occasions and had been posting messages to every MBs of the Alumni organization. That is their trademark.
Getting back to your message, remember that we are a break-away faction of CGEAHS class of 68, thus, the using of pseudo names is to keep us away from being compromise. Your message is full of hate and vengeance. Would you expect us to surface? We will, perhaps, if you are already gone/dislodged! Our group is composed of 10 graduates of class 68 which comprised the international core. During our meetings, we pass along one laptop computer which is why we have the same ip addresses. The identical ip address however, is symbolic of our unity one mind, one vision, one mission: to move forward and put batch 68 to its proper place ahead from the rest of the other alumni groups.
Stop bluffing! If you really consulted a lawyer here and back-home, all he would ask you to do is to keep your big mouth shut until your investigation is done. But you already bungled your case because we already had a copy of your statement underlining a threat and lots of slander. Significantly, Im sure because of your statement, you did not identify a single of us yet (lol)!
