Olay!
I must say that I went down the same "result-less" path that you are on and have to warn you that it is usually a combination of things that helps your body to return back to what it once was before childbearing.
I had babies back to back (their seventeen months apart). The first baby was born with little to no damage to my body, however, the second baby certainly left it's mark. I went from 150lbs to 199lbs. It has literally taken me five years to loose most of it and I am still at it. Basicially, what I am trying to warn you about is how negatively delay and a passive weight lost regime can destroy your outlook on life as well as your desirability as a woman. So get aggressive with it girl! Find what works for you and do it!
What has worked for me is working out for 30 minutes a day. I work on something different everyday. I eat only vegetables for breakfast (I became a vegetarian; for other reasons); a healthy (stomach satisfying) lunch and dinner and do not eat after 6pm (thanks to my girl, Oprah Winfrey).
Good Luck, lady!

After having a baby by c-sction 4 months ago, it sems like my stomach has refused to get any smaller. Granted i'm not really working out because of the kids and a lack of time but i'm watching my food intake yet nothing changes. It is sooooooo frustrating!
