The entire system seems to be corrupt. Have any of you taken the time in this forum to notice that everyone who has any problem is being stonewalled?
First you have to do this, and then that, and cross all the T's and dot all the I's. They respond by staright out telling you they don't give a damn and people just keep on going like the energizer bunny thinking they are going to prevail. YOU DON'T!!!! And never will.
Please ask yourself-Is it worth it? By the time you get jerked around by the post office, then DOL, then EEO, then the doctors, the lawyers,you're damn near a basket case. Think about it. It can totally consume you, and when that happens, they win!

Did you see the Judge Mathis court show where this guy was sueing another to get his amputated leg back. It had been in a storage and the owner had not paid the storage fees and the leg was auctioned off with the other stuff that was in his storage.... This is what I started thinking about when I read your response. No disrespect but maybe you should have saved the leg so those idiots could verify that it was no longer attached to your body or do you think they would still want it in writing. What did she say about it growing back....WOW......Maybe we should get some of those fifth graders over there...

by the way Carl I lost my wife of 27 years in11/2000 to pancreatic cancer
3 months later I was being treated for depression
while i was near comatose in my hospital bed the nurses and doc NEVER checked on me --puls --temp --etc not even changing my bedding or helping me with my Hygiene
When I started to complain of pain in my legs ( I actually had C L O T S
in both of them , the doc only ordered SLEEPING pills to shut me up

When I came out ot if, no longer comatose that 's when I realized i missed a leg
You can call John A one of our Janitors here he happened tobe on the same floor in rehab the same time I was after one week in rehab I went home

Hello. Has anyone had any experience with this? If you file all the way to the Office of Fed. Oper. and they deny it, I know they advise that you can file in District Court....but how does D.C. feel?? Is this considered frivolous? Do they get irate and consider it 'doubling up' or something like that? Like, 'why don't you go away....you got a decision, of sorts.' I have a good case and have a feeling I will get screwed by the OFO so am planning ahead. Thanks.

Sigh....If I HAD an attorney I would not be trying to pick the brains of those who've walked this walk. C'mon now, be sensible here.
